The Arts Council produces a quarterly leaflet, Arts Diary, each February, May, August and November to publicise events in the following three months. The leaflet is available mainly in public libraries.
We also simultaneously issue a newsletter, Artslink, to our members.

Copy dates for listings (which are free to members) are:
- 31 January for events in March, April and May
- 30 April for events in June, July and August
- 31 July for events in September, October and November
- 31 October for events in December, January and February
Advertising in Arts Diary
Advertising space is available at the following rates:
- £45 for 1/3 A4 panel with copy and payment received before copy dates as above (reduced fee of £35 for member organisations)
- pro-rata charges for smaller advertisements
- 5% discount if copy and payment received one month before copy date
