The annual Brighton & Hove Arts Council Drama Awards event was held on Monday 9th December at Brighton Girls School, Montpelier Road.
Faynia Williams was the adjudicator this year, and it was a joy to hear her overview of the nominated productions, and to feel her enthusiasm for amateur theatre. Thank you Faynia!
The proceedings began with a short welcoming speech from BHAC Chair Jane Osler, and the ceremony was presented with panache by BHAC’s Kevin Rance.
One of the trophies went AWOL, but it has now been found and will soon be with its deserving winner for the next year.
Thank you to all who attended the party, and huge thanks to Jane Osler and her team of BHAC volunteers for organising such a marvellous occasion!
