The Nature of Being
The Nature of Being is a vibrant collection of paintings inspired by insects and plant life, by sculptor and painter Romany Mark Bruce. The collection was sparked by a fleeting moment when a ladybird landed on his dog’s nose. Bruce is also the creator of the 4-m bronze Brighton and Hove AIDS Memorial which stands in the New Steine, Brighton. His monograph, Sculpting Colour, celebrating 30 years of work, was published in 2024.
