Music & Wine at St Luke’s (30th August 2020)
We are delighted to announce the return of live music at Music & Wine at St. Luke’s under new distancing guidelines.
The concerts will start at 7.30pm and last up to one hour with no interval. You may bring your own drinks (no food) but must take all receptacles away with you.
Up to 19 households or bubbles will be able to attend and you will be directed where you can sit so as to maintain distance.
Audience will be expected to wear face coverings and to sanitise their hands on entry.
You need to enter and leave via the disabled entrance at the side and follow the one-way system in the church. Please note that this door will remain open for ventilation throughout so you are advised to wear warm clothes.
You must pre-book by emailing musicandwineatstlukes@gmail.
Please let us know if you require disabled seating.
The toilet will be available and there is a spray together with cloths for you to sanitise anything you have touched (there are instructions to help you with this).
Ticket prices remain at £7 / £5 under 25s / free to under 16s. We hope to have a cashless system but in case of technology failure we would be grateful if you could bring the correct money too.
If you are feeling at all unwell, especially if you have a cough, a temperature or are experiencing a loss of taste or smell we ask you not to attend. Please contact us if there is any uncertainty about this.
We hope you understand that these rules are necessary in these uncertain times. Please get in touch if you have any additional questions.
We really look forward to welcoming you back to Music & Wine at St. Luke’s.
