BHMA (12 November 2020)
Brighton & Hove Music & Arts and East Sussex Music (part of Brighton Dome and Brighton Festival) are the biggest music service in the area teaching over 4,000 children. With our exciting new programme for Autumn 2020, young people are experiencing the magic of music with instrumental/vocal lessons, our Virtual Music Centre (VMC) or one of our five Music Centres. Whether playing online or together, we are still making music!
Making music and performing is such an essential part of being a musician therefore after a very successful Summer term we are delighted to be continuing with the Virtual Music Centre again for Autumn with new activities including Virtual Voices!
‘It will light up your day it doesn’t matter what age you are just keep making music’: Lottie, VMC Member, age 10.
In light of this we are very excited to be hosting another FREE Virtually Live concert streamed via our Facebook and YouTube pages to showcase all the talented musicians who take part in the Virtual Music Centre. This will include group and individual performances from Orchestral to Rock & Pop to Jazz & Funk and will take place at the end of December.
You can watch last term’s concert on our YouTube channel here.
